About Us

Magena Media was founded and is run by Celine Xerri-Brook, a media consultant with well over 20 years of international experience.

A native Gibraltarian, Celine is a well-travelled professional, fluent in English, Spanish, French and Italian, with a unique aptitude for understanding and working with the multi-cultural nuances within any given territory.

Her first foray into PR began in 1995 when she was appointed Managing Director for an L.A. based entertainment agency. She established their London office and coordinated the company’s international activities for over five years before setting up as a freelance consultant in 2000.

Celine has worked with a broad spectrum of clients (broadcasters, producers, distributors, new media, licensing and more) covering all genres of programming – documentaries, factual, animation/kids, drama, formats, music, interactive technology, VOD, etc. Her expertise in film also includes launches at key international festivals, as well as on-going general placement in all the leading trades.
